About me
Our Story
I'm Lauren, a CNM qualified Health Coach specialising in giving women the tools they need to bring all areas of their life into balance.
After experiencing various health challenges myself including gut/digestive problems, hormonal imbalance, nervous system dysregulation and chronic fatigue (the list goes on..!) I sought a natural, holistic approach to healing.
This journey has educated me on how closely interlinked our body systems are and how to feel well you must consider all aspects of your life, including diet, lifestyle choices and mindset. It has also highlighted to me the importance of identifying the root cause of the problem you are experiencing, rather than simply treating the symptoms. While I'm still a work in progress, I have learnt a lot along the way and am passionate about sharing this knowledge with women experiencing similar challenges because everyone deserves to feel their best.
How can I help you?
My one-t0-one Health Coaching sessions follow a natural, holistic approach to wellness.
During the sessions we will explore things such as your current symptoms, historical illnesses, diet, sleep habits and stress levels to build an overall picture of your wellbeing.
We will then work together on a coaching plan for you to follow with simple, actionable changes that will help you achieve your health goals.
