About me

Our Story

I'm Lauren, a CNM qualified Health Coach specialising in giving women the tools they need to bring all areas of their life into balance.

After experiencing various health challenges myself including gut/digestive problems, hormonal imbalance, nervous system dysregulation and chronic fatigue (the list goes on..!) I sought a natural, holistic approach to healing.

This journey has educated me on how closely interlinked our body systems are and how to feel well you must consider all aspects of your life, including diet, lifestyle choices and mindset. It has also highlighted to me the importance of identifying the root cause of the problem you are experiencing, rather than simply treating the symptoms. While I'm still a work in progress, I have learnt a lot along the way and am passionate about sharing this knowledge with women experiencing similar challenges because everyone deserves to feel their best.

How can I help you?

My one-t0-one Health Coaching sessions follow a natural, holistic approach to wellness.

 

During the sessions we will explore things such as your current symptoms, historical illnesses, diet, sleep habits and stress levels to build an overall picture of your wellbeing.

 

We will then work together on a coaching plan for you to follow with simple, actionable changes that will help you achieve your health goals.

Before my sessions with Lauren, I didn't know what to expect but I had one goal in mind. LOSE WEIGHT. FAST. looking back now, I was doing it in a very unhealthy way and was not seeing progress and explaining this to Lauren. Long story short, in our sessions Lauren actually explained and helped me understand, make changes, and implement them. I realised the link between my food, body, mind and how stress plays a huge part in eating too. We looked at ways that would help me lose weight, but also help my body and mind in the process. I went from starving myself to now having a protein filled diet, not stressing about numbers, rather nurturing my body, and I have seen so many changes alongside my weight loss !

 

Mindset is so important and I quickly let go of trying to look a certain way and once I did that, the slow changes I made, had huge results. Lauren motivated me and helped me every step of the way.
